Have you ever felt like you really needed to spice things up? With yourself that is! As a woman we are natural meant to radiate sex appeal. Feeling more sexy with yourself instantly boosts your confidence. Sexy isn’t just about what you look like on the outside but the way you feel on the inside. Doing these simple actions will ignite that sexiness that is already within you!

  • Loving yourself on the inside will set you up for showing it on the outside. So start off with writing down what you love about yourself. It can be a few statements like “I love my body and how strong I feel”, “I love my smile and that I love to make others smile”, “I love my freckles”, or “I love that I am courageous and take risks”. Now look in the mirror, make eye contact with yourself and repeat them out loud. This is the start to self care that connects you to yourself. When you fully love yourself and you acknowledge every part of you, that is sexy AF.
  • Time to slip into something a little more seductive. Like think that sexy Blair Waldorf style!! Whether it’s some body loving spanx, sexy lingerie, or a silky sleep set: the sexiness from the closet to the bedroom am and pm are endless. So have fun with this one. It feels great when you feel sexy but with this one you can also make another person see your sexiness in full mode!
  • Taking care of yourself gives you that instant boost of confidence! Self care is anything you do that improves your own well being and happiness. Here are some great self care musts: Facials, Massages, Getting your hair done, Buying yourself flowers, a good Mani & Pedi, Botox, Reading a book, a Bubble Bath, Journaling, Meditating, and your favorite Workout. You can really have fun with this and set up a budget for self every month and plan it out. It feels so good to spoil yourself and invest in you regularly. I have said it before but I’ll say it again Self Care is sexy.
  • When you move that body you create endorphins in the body that will make you not only feel good but look good. Have you ever just danced around like no one is watching? There’s just something about letting go and feeling your body move. Not your jam?! Well there’s also many other ways to get moving like Long walks, Running, Yoga, Dance classes, Stretching, and Hiking. Really anything to make you move that body. Make it even more fun and incorporate something new and exciting like a Pole Dancing Class or Acro Yoga!
  • Flaunt it if you got it: It’s time to get all dolled up for a night out. Whether that be a solo date night, girls night out, or a hot date throwing on an outfit that accentuates all your best features and rocking heels will instantly make you feel more sexy. There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging your beautiful self and also taking compliments from others. Whatever dressing up looks like for you, do this frequently so you get all those Beyonce vibes.
  • Being connected to your body is straight up sexy. Whether you are moisturizing your body, hugging yourself, placing your hands on your heart, feeling yourself, even masturbating. Taking the time to admire your body connects you to your moist intimate parts and will make you feel sexier. Sometimes this one can be challenging but just remember how amazing your body is and how beautifully made you really are. We are all sexy in our own individual ways and that is something to be celebrated!
  • Being courageous and trying new things not only boosts your confidence but it radiates sexiness. So step out of your comfort zone and start tackling some new sexy experiences! Here’s some ideas to get you started- first dates, new adventures, taking an educational course,  new goals or dreams, facing a fear, or learning a new hobby or craft. Try making a small list of things you want to start doing right now and then take action. Ready, Set, Sexy!
